They do not read appointments beforehand. Drove 30 minutes to be told they can provide notary services only for specific things which is not explained or listed on the website. Extremely annoying that the manager offered only empty platitudes explaining that she had in fact read the appointment description previously but only confirmed with the notary as I walked in that they cannot do it. Appointment has been made well advanced and they had plenty of time to inform you before I made the trip that they would not do it.

I will NEVER forget how RUDE and DISMISSIVE the manager and staff were that were supposed to assist me during my visit. Simple questions were met with snooty remarks and horrible customer service. They definitely lost a long time client. Advising others to beware of this this location. They are very RUDE. The one star rating is only for the friendly security guard and staff member who greeted me at the door. As for the others, they need to step away from customer service. Especially the manager. She needs some decorum.

The Manager and staff have really rude behavior. My borther and cousin went to bank a month ago as they were arrived to US. They told them they can't open bank account and visit after 1 month. They still refuse to make bank account even all the were completed. I and my 7 friends we all account with bank of america last 7 years. I refer everyone of them. Looking at this rude behavior we will go bank to TD bank.

Notice HOURS ARE CHANGING, open at 10am starting 6/27/22. Recommend getting there before they open to get in line. Very busy location. One teller. Some transactions take quite a bit of time so plan accordingly.
