Your website clearly says “Free Estimates”, you told me your estimates are NOT free, they cost $95. That was too high for me. That is not deducted from the treatments. I was NOT trying to get the price lowered. I was trying to ask about carpenter ants but you rudely hung up on me. May I remind you of two things; one day you too will be over age 65 and sentences can be jumbled and word of mouth on social media can adversely affect a business. You weren’t trying to understand me. You were blatantly rude. Please don’t treat another person as you did me this morning.

Terminators was amazing!! I called and they were at my house the very next day to treat my yard! I love them because it’s an all natural spray/treatment, which is amazing because I have dogs and my dogs live for my yard and play in it NON STOP! I needed something that I didn’t have to keep my dogs out of the yard for 24hrs. They came and sprayed the whole yard and it was so fast, easy, and so affordable. I haven’t seen 1 mosquito since it’s been sprayed and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Best part is my dogs could go out 1 hour after the treatment and roll around and be happy and I could have piece of mind that my house, my fur babies and my family are all protected from fleas and mosquito and all the other creepy crawlers! Thank you for giving me piece of mind and I’ll see you for my next treatment

I highly recommend Terminators Pest Control! We were in a jam to have service immediately. They answered our call immediately, were extremely friendly and honest about pricing, and even moved some appointments to get us quick service, which was necessary for us to feel comfortable having people in our facility. They were on time (even early!), extremely easy to work with (sometimes people don't really enjoy coming to a Center City location and give you a hard time or complain about traffic/parking). The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and even gave us a bunch of tips on things we can do without them. I was so happy with the ease of booking, honesty and service I already booked them for some ants we have at home and definitely will be using them for any issues at my home and business in the future. You won't be disappointed going with them.
