We love the staff and Dr Johnson. He has been amazing with our pets. Our pets are treated very well and everything is explained so we understand what to expect next. I love that it is not a corporate chain that has to follow corporate rules. Great care and service

the vets at Pets 1st are the best. The office atmosphere is very warm and it feels more family like and less clinical than some vets offices. The vets themselves are very kind and considerate during sometimes emotional moments.

I've been taking my Cats to Dr. Johnson since Elementary school. It still surprises me how my cat can go from distressed to calm at a touch.

The 5 stars is solely for Dr. Johnson & the girls that work there. Dr. Johnson thank you for all you've done over the years with my pups. Thank you for actually caring about animals even the grouchy 1s like the black lab that I had. It's really sad that the other vet doesn't care like you do & doesn't listen to people at all. I lost my pup cause of it. I told the other vet she was unstable but he still prescribed the medication that causes animals to become unstable. He said there was 1 that didn't. I kick myself every day for not following my gut feeling & not starting my pup on that medication. If I hadn't she'd probably still be here today. I spent $700 there within i think 10 days to cripple my pup in 3 days & end her suffering cause the other vet doesn't listen to people or care.
