Absolutely awful place to live. The only nice thing about it is the convenience. The landlord actually plays favorites. Utilities aren't included yet I'm pretty sure there is absolutely no insulation, because the apartment is impossible to heat or cool. If you decide to live here you can expect an average of a $200 electric bill minimum, or expect to sweat or get frostbite inside your apartment. Further, the staff cannot keep track of rent payments and continually asks for more rent even though you are paid up. Bottom line. If the landlord likes you, you'll love the place (except for the electric bill). If he doesn't, it becomes a money pit.

This place is terrible. The landlord, Mike Williams, comes across as someone who seems trustworthy and would do what is in the best interest of his tenants. That is when you're signing the lease. After that, it all goes downhill. When I moved into this apartment complex, the carpet in my room was filthy and had black spots all over the place. I complained to him about this and all he said was that they shampooed the carpet beforehand (which clearly was not the case) and didn't even make an effort to check on my complaint to see if it was legitimate. Also, my roommate at the time was basically hoarding cats as she had seven at the time of move in and only told him about three of them. After a while, I couldn't deal with it anymore and sent a message to him about how the smell was unbearable and how the cats were hurting my quality of living. He didn't even answer my complaint, simply ignored it. Another thing is how he somehow at random charges utility overages that may or may not have been doctored to his benefit. Parking is another thing that was a major issue. We had assigned spots for a while at our complex, which is fine, but people were not adhering to the assignments. This caused people who lived on the top floor to have to use the bottom parking lot and walk all the way to the top of the building. He made it known that people not in their assigned spots could get towed (didn't happen that way) and that if we should have any complaints, we should not go to him, but the towing company. This was ridiculous as the towing company was not reliable in any way. The apartment is basically falling apart as well. Nothing is kept up with, replaced, or anything of the sort. When you move in, things are dirty, lightbulbs are missing, and even my toilet seat was broken and he never came to fix any of it. Last but not least, remember how the carpets were already dirty? He stiffed me $100 of my security deposit due to the carpets "needing shampooed." The floor when I moved out looked exactly the same as it had before, if not better. Let it be known that Mike Williams is an absolutely terrible landlord and arguably a shady person as well. He is there to only pick up your check and make any quick money he can. Do not live here.

Absolutely awful! Terrible apartments/Terrible landlordAt first Mike Williams seems like a decent guy, and the apartments look nice enough, but then you slowly realize why utilities aren't included.  This guy has skimped on insulation to the point where I'm not even sure it has any.  living in his apartments you can expect to either sweat all day, freeze, or pay a +$200 dollar electric bill.  Further his book keeping is horrendous.  He couldn't keep up with most of the tenants rent that I knew there, and constantly asked for more money.   And he plays favorites.  He might allow one tenant to have a keg party and not another.  It turns a seemingly quiet location into a very loud one.  Plus I've had my car broken into twice, and still no security cameras.For the price you can do much better in morgantown
