I just attempted to call for assistance with a Flexsteel, lifetime warranty brand new recliner, and they carry this brand. I was told to contact Flexsteel and they find me someone to take care of the issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Btw, at least Ashley furniture made the effort to look up who in the area carries Flexsteel products and thus WHY I called. I just want my NEW recliner to work properly. No assistance what so ever. Way to make sure I dont buy anything ever from your store.

Purchased 2 expensive StressLess loungers on November 14th. Paid full price minus a small promotional discount. Was told the delivery date would be 8ish weeks. Still do not have the chairs. The store tells me they are now in the US and it might be another 3 weeks before they get to the Bremerton store...but then was told by manager that they were not actually certain where the chairs were. This means a 16plus week wait on delivery....not acceptable. If chairs do not show up in a couple of weeks and I do not get a full refund, then I will report the matter to a higher authority.

Quality furniture. Great selection and service. Our adult daughter bought a new bedroom set and recliner. She was so excited to purchase high quality furniture for herself. The salesman and delivery guys were awesome and professional. Thank you Arnolds.

This place is fine. Frequent sales. Not cheap furniture but not designer. Has a clearance section in the back. Decent selection. Some weird things. You can lay in the beds but the pillow cases have paper towels on them, I assume to keep them clean but nowhere else I've gone does that. The sales staff I interacted with were respectful and not annoying. It's worth checking out if you're in the area or haven't found anything you like elsewhere but I wouldn't start here.
