        Total confusion over unit installation. Missing parts, incorrect filter assembly, electrician disconnected house lights. Miscommunication at every level. Will have to see if they correct the problems.

        Very educational, honest pricing, and great scheduling (gives more accurate scheduling such as 2 hour window rather than other companies that give a 10hour window!). We really loved Toby and Galvin coming in and taking care of our 30+ year old system.
