Make sure to double check your receipts!!! Unfortunately they lost 2 of the 4 packages I was sending out. 1 was an amazon return I just took as a loss but then I realized they also had not scanned or processed the package with valuables! I emailed the label in the store at the counter, I thought it was printed & labeled, she gave me my receipts & I went on my way. A week later the company I was cosigning to asked me if I was still planning on sending in the items. I realized the receipt only listed 2/4. So my packages were kept & just lost I guess. Trying to file a claim now, what a hassle & hundreds lost. Idk if she even stuck the label on the box so if my name is not anywhere on it, how would I get it back. Smh

The people working here are always friendly and helpful in my experience. Anytime I need something shipped or need to do a return I always stop here. Top notch customer service.

Do not use the notary service here. Used them to notarize passport applications. All three passports rejected because when they went to verify the notary, the notary did not respond and was deemed unreachable. Also noted that notary incorrectly notarized on my sons application. If you dont know what you are doing or dont want to notarize then dont offer the service!
