Talked to President Eddie Smith and he gave me his card. I called several times and he was busy and I left messages every time... I kinda think the calls were being screened and he never got the messages but who knows. After the 4th message I realized that I may never hear from him again so I purchased from Bass Pro. Love my new boat and actually paid less. I was referred to this company and would rather have given my business to Duncan Marine but had much better customer service from Bass Pro. My friend who referred me was very embarrassed and I have turned him into a Bass Pro customer.
