        They helped when asked (shoe dept.) Efficient, knowledgeable but not overly friendly. A smile would be nice when you're spending $165.00. I had my tall , strong son with me. I believe that helped.

        kailey was very unkind to my mother in law who was just asking her a simple question. i work in customer service myself and understand that everyone has their off days but that was just ridiculous

        Called ahead to have a pair of shoes set aside for me because I was an hour away and they were the only store within 100 miles that had that pair. I arrive to find out, they only have one of the shoes and not the complete pair no call no nothing. Not great customer service. They even confirmed that the shoes would be up front ready for me. Update, manager was alerted of this and he was very accommodating.
