        Very poor experience. Fireplace and TV didn't work, EXTREMELY noisy and management didn't care!!! We were told they would give money back on our stay, then they charged full price + for the room, $215 for one night!!!...the manager is totally rude!!! We don't recommend ever staying at this hotel!!!

        ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, THE OWNER JUST SAT AND YELLED AND BELITTLED MY MOTHER IN THE LOBBY. WHAT A JOKE THERE IS 2 OTHER ROOMS BEING RENTED AND THIS GUY HAS THE NERVE TO YELL AT MY MOTHER IN THE LOBBY. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! !

        The workers in the front desk are rude and very unprofessional. Rooms are very outdated and dirty. As far as free breakfast they only offer cereal, donuts and waffles that taste disgusting! Please stay away from this place! The worst hotel in Brianerd!
