Called for a somewhat urgent issue, was told someone would be there that day, and would get a call back with a time. I was pleasantly surprised when someone showed up less than 30min later and fixed the problem for what I thought was a fair price. Thanks for helping out a 1st time customer in need!

We needed to have our tank pumped when selling our house. We wanted to hire someone local to where wed be putting our roots down. Danny traveled 45minutes one way to service our tank.. He also made necessary repairs to our baffle and pipe. We could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. I will be calling Danny this fall to service the tank at our new home. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! The day after Christmas we had a sewer issue and called 4 other services with no answer before we contacted Pray's & Grants around 4pm (Gonya's did call us back the same day but referred us to someone else who hadn't answered already and it was after we had spoken with this company). They were able to come out first thing the following morning to pump the tank. The Technician was friendly and professional, he advised us of our problem and they gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs, which we were able to coordinate within the same week.
