        Ill start by saying this: the food has been outstanding 95% of the time, which is good enough for me. My issue is the service, particularly the casino. I have spent disgusting amounts of money at this casino and have a player account. But the amount of times Ill come in and have to stand around waiting for 15-20 for the attendants to come into the room is crazy. And it happens ALL the time (obviously after sitting down too). Its rare theyll come get my drink order or greet me, I have to go find them. Getting your first drink in hand tends to take about 25-30 minutes from walking in, and one can gamble a lot of money in that time. If Im coming into your casino to literally give my money away for free like an idiot, I expect solid service for all, not just the people that are platinum on the players club. This happens very consistently with multiple employees there. Sorry Im ranting now.
