I had an order printed in which they printed all the t-shirts correct and half the sweatshirts but printed the logo on the wrong side of the other half of the sweatshirts. I asked for a reprint on the correct side as well as a couple of shirts that had stains on them. They reprinted those 3 weeks later which is understandable, however, this time they had another stain and reprinted one of the sweatshirts on the wrong color. I asked for reprint of these items and was told I could get a refund or store credit and keep the wrong items. I asked for a reprint on the correct colors and now, 2 months later and a couple of calls, they say they’ll finally print the items correctly they got wrong TWICE already, and, because I already have the order, will offer no refunds. The printing itself is well done, if you can get them to get the order right. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my business here.

They were supposed to do a logo for me (that was a Thursday) and I was told they would send me samples early that next week. Never got anything. I waited until the next Friday and called them. I was told, "We got busy I don't know what to tell you. It will be next Wednesday." I wanted to leave a review on that and how they didn't seem to care at all, but again I waited and tried to have grace. I finally got a couple logo samples that next Wednesday. I was told if I didn't like any just to let them know and they would work on some more ideas. Over a week goes by and today I get an email saying, "I regret to say this but we are so short handed here that our designers just cannot find the time to work on your project."
Are you serious!!? I wasted close to a month waiting on a design that I would've like to of had asap so I could order shirts and hoodies from them. If Hands On pushed me aside because I'm not a "big enough" business, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Here's the kicker... They ended the email with, " I do hope you will consider us once your logo is created for any of your screen printing, embroidey and vinyl needs."
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HANDS ON.

I HIGHLY recommend Hands On to anyone looking for custom merchandise or embroidery. They were so easy to work with and kept me updated as the process went on. The products we got are high quality and perfectly printed/embroidered. Can't wait to order from them again!
