Just had Global Net hooked up in Helena North valley. Montana Internet said nothing was available for me after their site survey was conducted! I wouldn't of known about Global if my buddy hadn't told me about it. Same day service and up!! BOOM! Thanks a lot. Your tech out of Townsend did a great job. Very sanitary installation. Just switched over to fiber internet and couldn't have been happier with the prompt, attentive, and friendly customer service. Literally had fiber run into the house today and despite a couple of issues they were able to troubleshoot everything and get me up and running. Even helped me troubleshoot what turned out to be an issue with my own equipment. When bypassing my old router issue I'm getting upload AND download speeds of over 800-Mbps. Happy to have switched over to the local option, these folks are working hard, long hours during this roll-out and still have a helpful, committed attitude.

I've been a loyal customer for many years and praised their service to friends and neighbors for just as long. But this past year has been brutal. Issues have plagued their network taking days to resolve and making it difficult for me to work from home. Starting to question their viability and sustainability.
