Carol has been great to work with in regards to ensuring high quality professional service. She has worked closely with our team of responders for many years building strong positive relationships. Also working closely with a critical incident stress team to simply check in and make sure everyones doing well mentally and beyond.

I was unsure about Carol before I met her (insurance chose her as my therapist.) I have had two sessions with her so far and have been impressed with her practicality. She addresses my concerns and functions as a sounding board. Her sessions feel free flowing and I enjoy her ability to understand what I say even if I can’t phrase is quite right. She has limited availability for what I can tell, but our appointments are frequent enough for me.

I was very disappointed in the care I received from Carol. She failed to recognize very obvious signs of a very serious illness I had. Once my illness was diagnosed it was determined it went undiscovered for 10+ years. I had sought help from Carol at one point during this span. I always felt worse after leaving her office. After my diagnosis I was so sad and shocked that Carol wouldn't have been able to notice. My symptoms were "text book" and should have been recognized. She could have helped me save so many great moments over time that were lost due to my illness if only she would have seen it. I have since moved outside Montana but wanted to share my story for I think the people of Bozeman are wonderful and spent over 20 wonderful years there.
