What a great experience working with Bob and Mike. We started the process less than a month ago and the fence went up today. The Quote and Price were within Budget. The timeline was planned correctly. Overall very happy working with them both. The crew came in and within 4 hours the fence was done.

The owner responded to my quote request and I had to contact him several times to get it. We agreed to contract with them and he forgot to mention that he required 50% up front. Normally, i would not accept these terms but had a project deadline to meet so I did. The 6 weeks came and went and I had to chase them again for an install date. Owner totally non responsive but did finally install 3 weeks late when I pressed him. His excuse was 'his guys were finishing up a big job' and ours was next. I heard this excuse at least twice. Once installed, I noticed the vertical balusters were 3+ degrees out of plumb, visibly noticeable when I looked at it. Chase mode again, he was out of town on a family issue and I guess an owner doesn't monitor incoming business email on his smart phone? Said his 'guy' was out on vacation and would swing by on Monday...that was two weeks ago! My advice, call another railing company and steer clear of this one. This company's quality control, scheduling, and communication are horrible.

Worst customer service ever. 4 months for a small gate in front of my house which is only designed for a small dog. Gate isnt flush to wall, doesn't meet expectations. Not reliable on time lines.
