The Maids

This was the second time that we utilized this particular franchisee. The first time didn't go very smoothly but the job was done satifactory. This time, they came to the appointment but due to a lack of understanding/comprehention on their part they couldn't figure out how to open the lock box. They rescheduled a week later and again had difficulty but did finally get in. The cleaning service was not done to what I have come to know as The Maids standards. Further, they left the lockbox open and the property vulnerable. I contacted Corporate and left a message for their Customer Satisfaction contact and she never called us back. Will not use in the future!

Stay away. Do not use. Did a bad job and overcharged me. I spoke to the lady at the office about a amount and they still over charged me. Later I tried calling, left messages. I had to get the credit card company involved because no one would return my calls.

Yes, wrong phone number & franchise yet still you're using the same pictures as "The Maids" home office at 6917 Vista Pkwy, WPB, FL 33411. If you're affiliated with them, they need help & training & a new owner! FYI

I was in quite a rut one day and needed to find someone who could come help me clean my apartment last minute. I found The Maids through Google. They were able to make a call, accommodate my request, and sent over 4 girls the next day. The girls were very nice and did a decent job, but nothing spectacular. They broke a piece off of my computer, which was hand built, and didn't even say anything to me about it. So I am not pleased about that. They did not get all the dust from the blinds and they ruined my Tupperware cabinet by throwing Tupperware in instead of neatly placing them with the rest. They also threw some pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils in a cabinet without checking if they were clean or not. Now I have a bunch of dirty pots and dishes to clean along with dishes that were already clean. I'm happy they were able to help me but this couldn't have been their best work. ***Here is an update. I paid them in cash but they charged my credit card anyway, which means as of right now, they've charged me almost $700 for a mediocre (at best) cleaning for 2 hours. The more days that pass after they have left, the more of a nuisance they are becoming.
