Read every single paper and do not trust verbal responses. I signed in for 3 months and I was just billed for another month. I CLEARLY remember asking the instructor: "What happens if I want to continue my membership after the 3 months? Will I get the same rate?" And she answered with a mere "yes", without clarifying "Your membership will continue after the 3 months until you cancel it." Why in the world would I sign for 3 months (and asked about the length of my membership) knowing is a continuous membership!!!??? The cancellations must be done in person, completing a form. Other than that, the concept is good and effective especially for people who don't feel motivated going to a gym by themselves.

Always a awesome and challenging workout. Trainers are very engaged and motivating. Ive been a member for over 10 years. The workouts are always changing and challenging my mental and psychical capabilities. Ive seen this location progress into excellence over the past couple years after Stephanie became the owner. Highly recommend this place to all my friends in the area.

Awesome awesome trainers. 30 mins of pure nonstop workout. Never boring since everyday is a different workout. Totally worth the money.
