I was referred to King Home Care by 1st Choice (a DME competitor) because 1st Choice didn’t have a hospital bed available (showed customer’s needs came first). With that said, I found King Home medical’s staff were extremely professional in every aspect from first call, meeting our need for hospital bed & to the end of our need for services. I also received a heartfelt follow-up call to make sure our needs had been met. No one looks forward to having a loved one ill or to need medical supplies but its reassuring to know that there are companies that put people’s needs before the ‘almighty dollar’.

I loved this place!!! I would give Dana more stars if I could she was great! She made me feel so comfortable about getting my cpap and is very knowledgeable about it all. So glad I chose them.

Terrible customer service. Sales person was condescending and uncooperative . Follow up visit for new equipment was much worse. Unapologetic for mistakes on her part, acted like I was stupid. Never do business with this company!

Seeing these negative reviews of this place blows my mind. I can’t imagine them being anything but accommodating. I have been here for MANY years and love the staff. Any problems I have have always been worked out with just one phone call. They are a no nonsense company. Just the other day I was in there and there was a very rude person angry with the lady at the desk and she handled it like a pro. They are always polite and patient with everyone I have seen. It’s people like the ones that have made the negative reviews that make it hard for people to work in the medical field or with people at all. You all must have been raised in a naive world where people don’t ever make mistakes and I’m afraid good people and good companies like kings will fade off due to that. But I sure hope they don’t. This is by far the best place I have ever been and will be.
