        Got a quote for a front yard landscaping project & I reached out to them to make some minor changes to it in regards to using a few different plants & also us removing the old landscape in order to help lower their quote cost. They never replied after several times of me reaching out to them. Not even to say they're not interested in the job anymore. I won't be calling them again. Will gladly take our business elsewhere..

        We had Arts out in 2020 for a full landscape renovation. They showed up on time gave us what we were looking for, and completed the work in time. That year, one of the bushes and a tree werent looking well. They came out and replaced the bush but said the tree was fine. The tree never got better. Yesterday they came out to replace the tree (one year after the warranty expired) free of charge. You cant beat customer service like that. Highly recommend! Service: Landscape design
