Awsome company! They came out right away to measure and look at the broken window i had - Less than 2 weeks later they came right out and fixed it VERY fast!! Very, very nice, friendly and super smart guys who came out and i would 100% use them again in a heartbeat.

Didnt use this company for glass but would definitely give this company a 0-5 stars if I could based on customer service. While driving today I had one of their driver in a company vehicle cut off me and my husband with our baby almost making us crash when we had the right of way. Stopped us at the next light and proceeded to tell us to stop acting like we got in a crash unless we wanted to actually crash, and tried to fight my husband. The employee did this all while he had what looked to be a minor in his truck with him observing it all happening.

We are in a new build and the house is complete - except the friggin' glass!!! We have custom glass panes going up the grand staircase. They have measured ump-teen times, lost the glass order in ABQ, NM, and tried installing said glass 3 times, and still cannot get it right. Each time they go back to the shop and say they will oversee the measurements themselves. Yah right...then it takes 3 weeks to update the panes just to find out they are still wrong. Bad customer service and logistics. The technicians are embarrassed and are trying to do their job - I don't blame them.
