Import Coachworks

I was directed to Import Coachworks from my insurance company. The shop was an authorized dealer. After waiting 2 months for an appointment they looked over my car and told they wouldn't make the needed repairs because insurance would most likely require them to use refurbished materials. If I wanted them to fix my car I would have to pay for new materials out of pocket. I was also told that I wasn't a high priority on their list and they would get around to my repairs when they could but it may be a while. After not being contacted by them for 2 months I ended up needing to go to another body shop who had no issues making the repairs I needed. I have never experienced such poor customer service as this shop. During the short time the shop was inspecting my car they also damaged the rear end of my car by backing into another car on the lot.

Stay far away from this place. Our insurance sent us here, and besides being downright condescending to my wife, it was clear they were trying to milk the repairs for all they could (finding things that weren't wrong, etc). When it became clear we just wanted the dent fixed, they told us it would be MONTHS before they could get to the tiny dent. Also, the guy kept us there for over half an hour to look at a tiny dent. Stay away.
