        North Creek is great. They have done a great job replacing our roof and modifying our gutter. The communication is responsive. The project coordinator Diana and project manager Jacinto are both great. An incident happened during the installation and they were very proactive and communicated to me. Problem resolved as soon as they could. Sale manager Michael is knowledge and told us what we absolutely need for a good roof. The price is also very competitive to other companies.

        Let's face it no one "wants" to replace their roof. But when you do, I highly recommend North Creek Roofing. We recently had them replace our 20 yr. old roof. The service from the proposal to the roofing team was top notch. Communication was excellent, from material delivery to work schedule and project completion. Their bid was reasonable and was 20% less than the other bids I received and included additional deliverables - you can't beat that!

        North Creek provided prompt and knowledgeable service, their clean up of the site after each day of work was excellent, and the crew worked really hard to get the work done. I felt the service we received represented excellent value for the money we spent. This was their second job for us and we would use them again.

        It was a seamless process getting our roof and gutters replaced. Everything from the quote to the execution of the work was professional and efficient. Additionally, they kept us informed about key items each step of the way. The work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.

        Excellent company. Met or exceded all my expectations with the installation of my new roof, including rebuilding my chimney cap. Honest, professional, very transparant in all my dealings with them, from my first contact, Royce, continuing with John, Operations Manager, Diana, and other staff, plus Jose, who was at my house early each day, and was the last one to leave, notifying me when he was done for the day, and answering any questions I had. Yes, I would hire them again.
