        I am disappointed that you gave my designer sweater to another customer and when I came to tpu with the receipt and original tags from the garment, you did not make an effort to reimburse me for the garment you loss. I selected your company for its "luxury garment" specialty dry-cleanong service and you lost my sweater and will not remedy the situation.
