I was denied a loan but told they would probably give me a chance as a first time client I'm a older poor single Woman who was lied to the system is still racist if I were white with bad credit they would have approved me whereby because I'm black they don't trust me even though I am a God fearing Christian the Boston credit union lie just like the banks do, the sad part the people who work there are black I was told unlike the banks they help poor people

Online portal is very out of date nearly impossible to use, with basic functions requiring a call into a service agent. It's been it very hard to do simple things like pay against a loan. Also received unclear and inaccurate communications on policies.

Always outstanding customer service! Everyone is reliable, efficient, kind and community focused! Added bonus- City Hall interior space is beautiful and showcases community arts!

Worst bank ever been calling them for 2 weeks about my loan no call back I even called every branch and still nothing
