Just exited the store. I entered the store about 30 minutes ago. Neither of the two sales people ever approached me to ask if I needed help. 3 customers came in during the next 20 minutes. Each was given a warm hello, and, "may I help you with anything".
I am of Asian descent, they were not. I stayed in the store to shop/browse for about 25-30 minutes, never approached. EMS will not suffer by losing me as a customer, nor is it really that important. But, I will not step foot in an EMS store again, and I will not shop your web site. I am removing myself from your mailing list. Thank you.
