The service has always been good. That is why I have been a patient for over 30 years. Recently I had to cancel an appointment on short notice due to a family emergency. I think I have canceled twice in 30 years. Osorio has cancelled on me more times than that. But I get how that can happen so I am not complaining about that. What bothers me is that they imposed a $66 cancellation fee. You would think that they would waive that for a patient of 30 years. I asked my dentist to waive it and also posted a private post asking for it to be waived. No one responded to my post and so I feel ignored. Again, this is not how you deal with a 30-year relationship. I am disappointed.

My family and I have been a patients for many years and we wouldnt trade them for anyone else. I have some extensive and complicated dental implant procedures and I am very happy about the treatment. The doctors are skilled and accommodating and the staff always helpful and friendly.

The absolute best for prompt, courteous, and excellent dental work in Boston. Shout out to Dr. Osorio and Dr. Hinenoya- always there when you need them!
