Don't every use this company. They will rip you and nickle and dime you. There a bunch guidos. The office manager at the east boston office Heather is so difficult to even talk to because she has no people skills or business even working with the general public. They only get contracts from the city of boston because they clearly are doing favors in exchange for contracts. Avoid them at all cost if you can. The four eyed lady that works the front desk need an attitude adjustment as well.

Called to have my vehicle towed after waiting 3 hours for AAA (which sent the wrong tow truck for our car to be towed). Told us to call back in 4 hours to get the vehicle towed. Called Todisco and they were there in 20minutes!!!! Literally made our day! The dispatch to tow guy were GREAT! Professional and understanding of our situation. Thank you so much guys!!! Hopefully I dont need another tow but if I do I will certainly be calling you guys!

Drivers seem to think they do not have to use blinkers in normal traffic conditions. They also seem to be entitled to use 2 lanes with no emergency lighting.
