MGH is much better than Tufts. I avoided Tufts because some of the front desk staff have horrible customer service. But sadly there's this one bad apple at MGH at the OBGYN, she's the one with the pierced nose. Why on earth do people stay at jobs they hate especially customer service roles? And boy that underground garage smells real bad. Other than that MGH is cleaner and has better service deliver in comparison to Tufts.

So sad . I can not stress ENOUGH how POORLY /DISRESPECTFULL the lies, violating hipaa law, admission, lack of procedure discharge how AWEFULL MY family and I WERE TREATED by the ( CASE MANAGEMENT team) at m.g.h how INSENSITIVE , HEARTLESS , RUTHLESS thay were . at time of MOURNING. what my young DAUGHTERS had to Endore. being AMBUSHED , ATTACKED yelled at. what our family had to go through . AT the most Sadest TIME in OUR lives. How HEARTLESS Incentive , nasty attacks by (case management ) the verbule Abuse comments to our family and our love one . Thay are all about Money . State needs to investigate . you will be negligent and mental abused in there care .what our family members had to Endured Is most horrific thing . rt in front of helpless loved one.HE WAS told we thought you would be Dead by now . those exact words . the POOR qualty TREATMENT , BED SORES. and forcing / enforced a VERY I'LL man out of hospital. with 2 insurance to pay .what is this world comming to where is the humanity ..GOD HELP US IF THEIR IS ANY LAWER OUT there ! that would take this ON !! CALL ME !! PLEASE !!

I was left without proper pain management for five hours and then sent home without any. Im a young woman, I was there alone. On more than one occasion I was left alone for 10-15 minutes in a completely empty hallway with no one around and no idea if anyone was coming for me or what was going on. No one to ask for help. My pain was never taken seriously. I was sedated (I had been calm the whole time until they did not listen or help) and given Tylenol for intense chest pain. It did not help. I didnt need sedation. I was not at all listened to. I was not respected. I was yelled at for asking for help. Crying, asking again and again for something to help my pain. They spoke to me like I was begging them for narcotics. I was discharged without ANY actual treatment for my actual issue. I have a visible chest deformity, they did not do the work to think about how that was effecting my heart issues. I could not get a Patient Advocate even though I tried all night. I am still in severe pain now two hours later. I cant sleep it hurts so badly. This hospital has a SERIOUS bias issue. They spoke to me like I was a hysterical woman. Insulting, awful behavior. I was there from 7:30-1am. They did not treat me properly. I was not cared for. Ive been in so much pain that I dont have any tears left to cry. One of the worst experiences I have ever had seeking care. It was traumatic. This is a pathetic excuse for a hospital.
