        This whole system is a joke. They don’t afford you a proper review just cut you off you benefits no notice. Then blame you for the disconnect. The employees are sitting at home eating bon bon while you wait for a call back that never comes. There is no supervision or accountability at this agency. I would not have given any stars. Just throw the staff away.

        I called with a question and spoke to the receptionist. She was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Then she proceeded to hang up on me.
