Boston Corporate Coach

I had a pickup at the airport. The driver met me at baggage claim and started walking. Didnt say Im right outside or anything. So I followed him out of the airport and after walking almost a mile to a parking lot. I was never told I would have to walk such a long distance. After calling the company to complain they were not understanding at all so that will be my last time with them.

Had 415am home pick up to Logan airport. Got text at 400am (your driver is on the way!). At 420am, nothing so I call. Call gets disconnected by agent. I call back again, agent says hell be there in 15 mins, and offers no apology. At 440am, still nothing, so I call again. Agent says driver will be there in 15 mins. I cancel trip. Going to miss flight, have a fire drill to get all luggage into our car, drive like a maniac to Logan Airport, just make flight. Besides driver screw up, besides no apology by 1st agent, NO ONE EVER CALLED US TO SAY THERES A PROBLEM, OR A DELAY. Also why isnt there a back-up driver if there is a driver issue? The entire experience was so bad; I will never use Boston Coach again. James

We used their services three times while traveling in different cities, they did a "meet and great" at the airport which was flawless....driver waiting in baggage claim with our name on a card. He grabbed all of our luggage and we were off to the hotel very quickly and efficiently. Very nice car and driver!

What a FANTASTIC company!! They are super professional. Was stuck in a really bad snow storm with all flights cancelled. Boston Corporate Coach showed up despite the snowy roads with a brand new SUV that got us all and took us to our destination safely. Austin the chauffeur was so incredibly helpful and made the ride so much easier and safer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I book car services for my company quite frequently and we always use Boston Coach. Their drivers are always friendly, professional, attentive and flexible. Their reservation staff is professional, friendly and they always greet me by name. Whether it's a large group event requiring multiple Limo or Sprinter Coaches or just a sedan for airport drop off they have the vehicle we need and the top notch drivers to fulfill the request.
