Wish I could give this place a 0 !!! Absolutely the worst costumer service! If only I had seen the reviews before we had this sneaky rat in my mouse "fixing" my tv's and forked over $415 ! No one ever calls you to let you know you part is supposedly on back order then when you get the part none of them work. That's right 3 parts and non of them work. And there is no refunds??? It's a scam he tells u all this bs to get u in the door and pay all your hard earned money and doesn't follow through on any of the work. My husband works his ass off to take care of our family and this guy just steals our money !!! I will be filing with BBB and small claims !!! STAY AWAY.

There are several reviews on Yelp. All bad. This company is also known as Chula Vista TV and HI Fi, Dave's Expert TV Service. They are all the same shop in El Cahon. Several disgruntled customers have filed complaints with BBB and CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs. The case has been referred to the DA's office and is under investigation. The most common pattern is to take money for a part that may or may not ever be ordered, then delay the customer for as many months as possible, then promise to send a refund that never comes. And some of us have had a check sent that bounced. If this has happened to you, please join the group by filing the said complaints

The worst service I have ever experienced. We were told that the repair would take no longer than a week. They were ordering the part and it would be there by weeks end. They then told me once a week for six weeks that the part was due in that day. After two months of the lies I asked to speak to the manager. The extremely rude teen age girl told me he was not available and would call back. That never happened. We made another call today and i could hear their conversation. He was intentionally avoiding my call. I paid in advance for the part and now they refuse to refund me. They are dishonest and should not be trusted with your electronics. It is strange to me that they dont have a yelp review. Seems like a scam. Check also, Jacks TV repair reviews on yelp. Seems like a common thing for them. Stay away!
