My wife and I needed a spare mattress for a guest room. Nothing fancy. We were recommended a Serta Magnolia Vale and loved it from the start. The store manager, Tammy, was there and personally took care of us from the start. She understood we were shopping around and promised to be at the store all day (on 9/3, a Saturday) in case we came back. We tried M.Firm and Art Van down by I-355 on Boughton, and neither had the same level of customer service we felt @ A.Mattress. When we came back, she listened to our concerns, price matched what we found AND beat it by over 5%. Then, it just so happened they had a delivery window open the next freaking day. And it was FREE. They say mattresses have as nearly as much markup as diamonds (percentage wise), so I know they have wiggle room to cut. But, she could tell we are loyal customers and when we dropped the hint we needed a Tempur-pedic by next year, she knew, treat us right and we'll be back. Yes, yes we will. Thank you Am. Mattress for empowering your employees and managers to treat your customers so well. We will refer your business and be back!
