Had an amazing experience once again with Disney! Shes been my stylist for nearly a year and Im so lucky to have found her! She is talented, sweet, and always wants you to leave the salon feeling your best. She really cares about creating a plan for your hair that aligns with your vision and style. Lunatic Fringe is a beautiful salon as well, especially the wash room! Youre sure to feel pampered after a thorough shampooing and scalp massage. Cant wait to enjoy my next visit!

I visited this salon for the first time a few days ago. I was given pre appointment homework to send in a description of my current hair and what I'm looking to achieve. I sent in pics of my current hair, pics of what I would like and a pic of the haircut I was hoping for. I repeatedly said my main objective was lighting my base so my greys don't show easily. I explained my hair is super resilient and I have lifted it on multiple occasions. My stylist kept asking me what I wanted, even though I sent the information prior, not once during our appointment did she look at the pictures, the color wasn't even close, the haircut wasn't close the interaction was stressful and it cost me $400!!!! Highly don't recommend this salon. I could've done the same thing at home with a freaking box dye.

I have been going to Lunatic Fringe for a couple years now. I called to get a tone and cut from my normal stylist and he wasnt available so I went with Riley. Not to say that she didnt do a good job but I just feel like in this industry you need to be personable and I did not feel that at all. She made me feel like because I dont look like the normal crowd that comes into here she didnt want to talk, she never said but two sentences to me from start to finish besides talking about what I wanted. She did what I asked but I just felt like the whole experience was very off putting for me. It takes a lot for me to write a review especially because I love seeing Jesse at this salon and this is where I come to get my hair done and product from but I guess I feel like I was judged a little from the start and didnt feel comfortable with the stylist so it wasnt an enjoyable experience from what Im used to when I come to this salon.

When people love what they do and love where they work, it shows. I've been going to Darryl at Lunatic Fringe for over 10 years, and I still look forward to every appointment. As the salon has grown and the owners have evolved their business, they've continued to prioritize the guest experience, investing in their stylists and cultivating a luxurious space that matches their price point.
