        Mary was awesome! She was able to accommodate me when I accidentally put my reservation to return at her facility instead of in another state. She was able to get me a reservation at comfort and even called the morning off to say she had someone turn one in if I still wanted to go to her location. She was great through the whole process! Would definitely get a u haul from her again!

        I had issues getting the U-Haul national operator to help with some dates and equipment concerns before the rental.then Mary called to follow up on my rental beforehand and saved the day. It helps to speak to the local rep and get things sorted that way. I got everything I need right here in town after all. Awesome service!
