        Recently purchased water softener from Whitaker's. First class service, and exceptional installation. New softener was advertised to reduce water use. My January and February water usage is down 30%. I can highly recommend this company.

        I recently had an Evolve series water softener installed. They are extremely knowledgeable about the systems and were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and we are loving the benefits of the new system. I will continue to use them for all of my water conditioning needs!!

        Set up an appointment for Tuesday I was called and asked if it could be changed, I was told someone would be here from 1-4 Monday June 10th no call no show and then I received a text with an estimate for a replacement unit and they never saw the one we had .... Disappointing

        So happy with my experience. Cara was so helpful and scheduled my appointment ASAP. Jason was easy to talk to and HONEST!!! Didn't make me buy a brand new anything, just came in and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend Whitaker's!
