Dermatology of Boca

Dr Fromowitz is a good doctor I like him but his staff that answers the phone and sits behind the desk are extremely rude, always sound overwhelmed, and just sound like they hate their job. Called in to book a morning appointment, and instead of a professional response of no, we cant do those times lets book another time, the response was ABSOLUTELY Not bc he does surgerys at this time (like Im supposed to know that) and it came off so damn rude. There has been a few interactions similar to this, but this last one made me write this review

I had an early morning appointment and waited less than five minutes while filling out my record. I found both the doctor and the staff really great. They listened to my concerns and were able to address them immediately. I really felt assured that I was in the best hands possible.

This was my first visit with Dr. Fromowitz. Efficient. Thorough. Friendly. Knowledgeable. All the qualities to grow trust in this Doctor practice.

This office is unorganized. The doctors arent on the same page and dont take the time to review charts before entering the room. I had to catch the doctors up in both of my follow up appointments. Dr Matthew Goodwin, their plastic surgeon, has an ego so large that it gets in the way of his professionalism. After asking him to please get on the same page as the other doctors, he became combative and seemed to be bothered that I had questions. And this was his immediate reaction. He then asked the nurse to read my chart, which HAD MISTAKES ON IT, so that he could know what was going on. I do not recommend seeing him, the man doesnt have patience or good bedside manner to be a doctor.
