My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Marlyn almost 4 years ago when we purchased a home in Boca. She was extremely thorough! Her review of title indicated an open permit associated with some construction work completed DECADES ago. Marlyn was terrific in laying out the options and working with the seller to get an expediter in to close out the matter. Fast forward 4 years . . . Marlyn was absolutely fantastic! She represented me in both purchase and sale of my home. She is attentive to detail. Her office is not a 9 to 5 operation, my emails never went unanswered, She is prompt in her responses. My experience was painless. I would highly recommend her.
