This OUTSTANDING facility is one of a kind! I have never had an experience anywhere more professional, more productive from beginning to the end of my opportunity to be there! When I arrived, I was so ill, I couldnt walk a step. Because of the outstanding rehab down to each and every detail, made my stay the very BEST I have ever had anywhere. I had a wonderful roommate, Marjorie, and every single employee was second to none. I would give this outstanding facility 500 stars! I received EXCELLENT care and couldnt ever want or desire for a single thing! All of my needs were met and this skilled facility is the place to go! I HIGHLY recommend Heartland of BOCA RATON in every way, shape and form! That comes truly from my heart and ALL of my appreciation to each and every staff member. I even received a wonderful haircut and shampoo in the Beauty Shop. If you need excellent care, a spotlessfacility, where every employee couldnt be any better. I HIGHLY Recommend this outstanding facility to everyone ! I was treated like a queen. The gym and rehab that I received from Viviane and Aggie and the entire rehab team were superb! Heartland of BOCA RATON is centered with a shopping center right behind them as my Dear Friend treated me with Cracker Barrel a few times. The facility itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! I speak to a friend daily and she is constantly begging for help to go to the restroom one day it was 4 hours before she received assistance. I've called the facility for someone to assist her 3 times and waited hours for help. Several times in the background I've heard people screaming for help. Also they obviously don't have a dietitian because the food is unacceptable. My friend is supposed to have a breathing treatment the aide brought her the albuterol but no nebulizer she has asked repeatedly for her treatment. The facility has to do better

The nurses, care taker, and or the front desk people all need to go to a customer service class because they always looking like they are mad and don't want to be there and their attitudes stinks! It's like when you ask them a question regarding your loved one, they act like you are bothering them, like fix your face and your attitude and do your freaking job with a smile on your face for I'm sure your not working for free. The Haitian and Jamaican women come here and take a job caring for the ill and the old but really be around the center with a bad attitude. If you don't like your job and or what you do, find something else to do. Is like they been working there for so long that they stop caring about doing a job well done in taking care of the people in care
