I am the seller on a property, title was ordered, not by me with Mark Goldstein, Esq in Boca Raton, Fl. About 10 business hours before my wife and are headed out of town on a trip we signed the closing package with Angela Warshefski, who I believe is his paralegal. I did not sign the closing statement as there were several charges on there I did not believe I was responsible for and questioned it. She looked at the agreement of sale and said it says the buyer is supposed to pay for them in a huff almost mad that I questioned these approximately $1,000.00 in charges.She left the office, which by the way she was 30 minutes late to our meeting and I am guessing within 45 minutes we received an email saying there were not doing the closing and she was shredding the paperwork which we had signed.  Closing is set for 4 business days from this point with us the seller going out of town. (totally unprofessional)I called her boss Mark Goldstein and he called me back, he was on fire sounding like a lunatic from the moment he called me. Not letting me say almost a word. Telling be to F--k myself several times, calling me a d--k, then he said he bet I was poor and he called me a poor dick who had no money, who should go to legal aid. He also twice told me to come down to his office and he would take care of me. He called me every curse word and every insult that I think I have ever heard. There was no talking to him. All while yelling like a deranged insane person and threatening me over and over again physically and legally. I have been involved with countless transactions and I must say I have never encountered people like this. These is more, but I wanted the reader to be warned and get the point.
