Had problems with AMMC ENT in getting a sleep study scheduled here. I called them to find out specifics. All they would tell me is that ENT cancelled the appointment on June 24th for my sleep study. They wouldn't give me any further details on my own appointment. They wouldn't tell my why it was cancelled. Absolutely no help at all.
I called back last week and requested to speak with a manager to get to the bottom of why I've been waiting since April 6th, 2022 for a sleep study and as of the end of October there was still no sleep study. Never rec'd a call back from any manager or any info regarding my sleep study. They talked to me like they weren't allowed to give me information on myself. Extremely uncooperative.
