Rented a house from them for years. Great people, always took very good care of the property. Quickly fixed things when they broke.

I had windows put in last fall and everything looked great. It now appears there is wood rot under the living room windows. I called and let them know and they sent a gentlemen right out. He told my wife that he would get a hold of me. I called them and starting leaving messages for him after two weeks. He never called me back and the office was closed the following week. The lady that answers the phone is nice as can be and I am sure I am starting to bother her. She was the one that called me back and said it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I said I disagree and would like to talk to this guy (I believe she said he was the boss). A month later and still no call. I guess after they pull out of your driveway they do not warranty their workmanship. Go figure. Two years later with a blatant lie response. Thank you for your continued sub par customer service. There was actually no wood rot but a cracked siding plank emerged after the install crew was long gone but how would you know that since you never returned any calls for the last two years. If there was a no star option, I would choose that but I guess one star is the lowest.
