Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have a reservation made on a Thursday for Saturday pick up. Received a call stating that they could not do the reservation because they didn't have a vehicle for me. They sent my reservation over to Independence location. I called them and they told me that the Blue l Springs location should've done that. I called the Blue Springs location and spoke with someone who told me that they could accommodate me with a different vehicle. Saturday I go to pick up the rental and they said that they couldn't find my reservation. I wasn't even in their system for a reservation. The lady told me that it must have been canceled on my end. As if I canceled it and then came in to try to get a rental. The lady spoke to her manager and he said to go ahead and get me a rew lq ntal. Thank goodness that I had a printed out reservation confirmation other wise I probably would've been able to make the reservation. I have them 2 starts because they did get me onto a rental.

I usually have a good experience with enterprise, but this location is one of the best car rental experiences I've ever had. Great friendly staff who were really helpful navigating my insurance company making my reservation. They fixed a few problems with the insurance booking and had me on my way really quickly.

Abby was very pleasant and had great customer service while getting me in a rental car at a timely manner. I will definitely rent a car from enterprise again.
