RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! We contracted with this company to reside our house.The work was never done, despite numerous promises that all the equipment and building supplies would be delivered. After"giving" them 5500$, all we have is some lap siding and trim pieces.To the crews credit they showed up three times ready to work.The last time they said they were done with her and her company as well. This is a very disreputable company.I hope that this helps someone else!

Windows were sized incorrectly and a year later I had to repair the windows. The agreed upon costs of repair was $600. - I need to be reimbursed for the damage this caused. I am not getting any response and it has been months. Very frustrated!

This company is the BEST!!! From the owners Matt & Katie to the installers, we were FLOORED with the top-notch professionalism, craftmenship and low price!!! My husband and I replaced about 14 windows on our 1980's home, we were cautious and got several bids, Matt & Katie came in so low we wondered what kind of quality windows we would get. Well let me profess to any prospective window buyers out there....you will not be disappointed!! Our new windows are absolutely beautiful!!! The installers were skilled, and very efficient at their trade, they were also some of the kindest people I've met, very aware and courteous and respectful to my family during the installation which was apx 2 days. I never, not once had any problems with call backs or explanations from Matt, he was super to work with, always answering and assuring every question or concern we had..super super guy!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANTAGE POINT EXTERIORS TO ANY AND ALL...FIRST CLASS A-1 COMPANY!!

Do NOT use this company - they are on the verge of going out of business from what we experienced - see below. We have spend over $22,000 for a complete 29 window replacement and whole house exterior remodeling job, and the first part of replacing the windows and painting the exterior was done well and on time. However, one of the windows had a crack in the frame and we were promised that this has been reordered and will be replaced quickly. We also paid for all gutters to be reattached and gutter guards installed - but this is still not done - 6 months later. Now the leaves are coming down and likely will cause damage to lose gutters and the newly painted surfaces we just spend so much money on. For many months, we have tried to get them back out to the house to finish the job. We have called multiple times a week; if somebody bothered to pick up, we were promised that we will receive a call back shortly - so far nothing. Instead we heard excuses after excuses from Matt and Amy (owners) and they are clearly avoiding our calls. Finally, a couple of weeks ago, some crew showed up and inspected the work still to be done to schedule a time with us to get it finished, only to call us a week later and inform us that they quit working for Vantage Point because their paychecks bounced. We notified the Better Business Bureau and are considering legal steps to resolve this, as we are tired of getting the run around and empty promises. At this point, even though their initial service was good, I recommend staying away from this company altogether.

Do not use. They did the siding on my house which turned out very nicely- Hardie siding is wonderful. That being said, I had them replace a bathroom window and they installed the wrong window. More than three months later, the window has still not been fixed. They installed a clear window into a bathroom, which is clearly an issue. It was supposed to be an opaque window. I scheduled a time for them to come replace the window in August (My siding was finished in late June) They never showed and never called to explain and/or schedule a new time. Ever since then, they have completely avoided all calls and emails from us. It's a small window and should not be this big of an issue -- it would be such an easy fix but I can't get them to come do it. Incredibly frustrating.
