I'm a real estate investor and this was my first Georgia property. Ezra came through for me in a pinch, answered all my questions (especially regarding septic, which I'm not so familiar with), helped give me advice on next steps after a portion of my inspection failed, and referred me to a contractor who could help me. 10/10 would recommend.

I live in Colorado and hired Ezra / Mtn. Top Home Inspections to inspect a log home there in Blue Ridge, GA. I know nothing about the area or the potential problems with homes in that climate. Ezra completed the most comprehensive inspection I have ever seen and I have purchased several homes in my lifetime. Likewise, his report was the most thorough I have ever seen yet it was understandable. He included photos to help me understand things. To top it off, he accepted my phone calls and answered so many questions I had, independent of his report, and did so happily; he never gave me the impression I was bugging him. The cost was very reasonable. I am not much into "tipping" people for doing their job, other than waiters / waitresses and such but in this case I was actually happy to pay him extra to show my appreciation. Thank you Mtn. Ezra (Owner and Inspector) was excellent. He was prompt and professional. I called on short notice needing an inspection. He worked to fit me in around my schedule. Upon meeting him at the property, he diligently inspected the property and gave me a thorough overview at the end of his inspection. He also gave me tips on vendors and how to fix or take care of certain items. This was the extra touch that I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Ezra and Mountain Home Inspections for all your property inspection needs.

He did a excellent job inspecting the property we are buying. He sat with us and explained everything to detail and gave us recommendations.
