Very disappointing. Had kitchen remodeled. Countertop color did not match. Had to purchase another slab of granite at our expense. When countertop was installed a piece of corner molding on our cabinet was broken off. Husband had to purchase a molding and install it himself. Also the cuntertop installers caused a crack between the cabinets that again my husband had to repair. Called Ms. Sallee with our complaints and she said none of it was her fault. Ms. Sallee said she would reimburse us for the materials and labor my husband purchased and installed but have not received it either. A very bad experience!!!
We also had a contract for the countertop. We went to the company that provided the countertop and we're told they realized the color did not match our existing top and called
Ms. Sallee who was responsible for ordering the slab and told her the color didn't match and asked what they should do and she told them to cut it and deliver it. We asked the company why we weren't contacted before cutting the slab and we're told we were not their customer and they could not legally contact us. Had we known the slab didn't match we would have purchased a different color altogether but since the slab was already cut we didn't have the option, especially since we had already paid for the slab.
And we are happy with the refacing of our cabinets that was not the problem.
