You dont just help people by selling them flowers. You help many people in many different ways. You help fathers to show love to their children, you help people to demonstrate their love for people who have passed, etc.

Not at all happy with my last experience with this place. Up until now I havent had any issues and wouldnt be posting with this review if the issue had been addressed appropriately. When I placed the order I upgraded to the premium as I normally do. What arrived had less than half the roses that were in the website photo that depicts the deluxe option. One would assume that upgrading to premium would include more not less. The roses were also quite wilted and starting to brown so these were certainly not fresh flowers. To make things worse they were sent a day before Valentines Day not on the day I requested and was confirmed for. When I called I was informed they are on flex delivery and it states that on their website as if it is somehow my mistake for not seeing this. My order was placed before Saturday. They should have been delivered on the day I requested or at there very least I should have been notified that they would not be sent on the proper day and be given the option of a refund. The only Thing that was offered to me to correct the issue was for me to have my fiance drive to them for a replacement by 7. She is stuck at work until at least then so that wont work and Im working over an hour away. I have spent a lot of money at this flower shop over the last couple years and will most likely not be returning.
