My friend got a bed from there and she was disappointed the reason I gave you all those stars was because they do a lot for charity & there is a bin there that you can donate new shoes and things for kids that are underprivileged all year round

I went looking for a new comfortable mattress and Billy Elling was my sales guy. He not only was very knowledgeable of the selections but he also informed me of great pillows and the adjustable base. I left with a fantastically comfortable mattress, wonderful pillows and an adjustable base that helps keep my leg swelling down and allows me to breathe better when I sleep. And a great deal to boot! I highly recommend this store and Billy.

We needed a new bed and wanted to get some education on the tempur-pedic beds because I have a bad back. Sharon was great to work with! She asked what our needs were and recommended the best bed for us. She is an honest person and was a pleasure to deal with. No stress or pressure which some places probably do with their customers just to get a sale. I would recommend anyone that needs a good mattress to go to the Bloomingdale,IL store and ask for Sharon Dreger.

Sharon was great! She had multiple customers but she managed them all well without any one party getting annoyed. We received the bed the next day (when we wanted it) and the delivery guys were very helpful. It is always nice when the expectation set is what you get! Great bed, great customer service. Thanks for the follow up call too!

Typical pushy salesperson was more interested in selling the accessories and warranty then getting me the right mattress. Not surprising though. That's what I was expecting. There was literally 50 or more mattresses in the showroom and she showed us only three or four different ones. I kept asking her about all the other ones in the showroom and she was avoiding showing them to me. And she says that they have a hundred and 10%price guarantee on the product that we bought. Later she said they are the only retailer that offers that product. So no wonder they offer a hundred and 10% guarantee because nobody else so that. Then she gave me some dog and pony show with some containers holding a fluid and powder her telling me that I need all these mattress cover accessories to protect the mattress and to get a better night's sleep. Typical Scare Tactics which I do not fall for. I hate those types of sale pitches were they try to scare you to make you to buy something. I knew more about the mattresses than she did. Then of course was all of the brochures and pictures of bed bugs and other creatures that live in your bed that are going to eat you alive unless you do as she says and buys the accessories as she recommends. None of which I did obviously. I saved myself a ton of money and bought a mattress cover somewhere else. If you are a total ignorant idiot who can't think for yourself and is easily persuaded and coerced by what somebody else tells you then this place might be good for you. I however am the opposite. I am a conservative person well-educated and a professional engineer and when I deal with people like this it just pisses me off.
