1st night, Christmas Eve, we came in around 10:30pm. We were disappointed that we could not order from the regular menu and could only pick from the breakfast sandwiches or burritos. The cashier/cook said he was short staffed and closed the grill/fryer. I ordered a croissant, my husband ordered a burrito. Got up stairs and was horrified at the burnt crispy plasticky egg-like product that was supposed to be a croissant. Went back and the cook replaced it with a sub-par burrito. Next night went back hoping for some frys and a burger. Nope, sorry! Grill and fryer were shut down a while ago. All you can order is breakfast items. Confused, looking around everyone else was enjoying chicken tenders and and other items from the grill. While we were waiting for our burrito, we hear the fryer cracking and popping.....wth? Seriously are your staff members allowed to decide who can order from the grill and who can't? We approached the cook and pointed out that the fryer was on and food was dropped and asked why we couldn't order. He flat out lied! The cook then back tracked and said that he was out of frys. We didn't even ask for frys. We asked what menu items were available. We quickly canceled our order and decided to take our business to the vending machine. The cleanlieness of this place is unacceptable even if you are short staffed. If you have to close down the grill, at least make sure that the coolers are stocked with fresh sandwiches and salads. There are hundreds of hungry people in this casino. This cafe could bring in a ton of money, but not under the supervision of the less than cheerful cook staff. We were there for a 3day stay and will not be coming back at all because of the experience we had at Tradewinds. This food establishment hurts the casino and hotels business. You would be better off bringing in a McDonalds Franchise.

Very rude cashier, she was rushing me to order as if i should have known what all was on the menu before we got there, then asked for a tip. The food we ordered took forever to come out. When another customer went to check on the hold up the cook had a very short and stank attitude. Soup and premade microwaved breakfast burritos (literally watched him unwrap them from the seran wrap and thow it in the microwave) took close to 15/20 minites and cost us $21! The two other peoplr who ordered after us were waiting a good 25 minutes for chilli cheese and fries and a BLT. Would not recommend at all.

This place has the worst burritos. We ordered using our gaming points two chicken burritos. We received two large lumps filled with very dry chicken and white rice.They offer absolutely zero salsa. The burritos were flavorless. We wont be going back.

Ugh, for the price you pay the qaulity is terrible. I ordered a burger and fries earlier in the day. It took way to long and the bill for it and a large soda was like 16-17 bucks. Got a 12oz cup for the fountain that cost around 3 bucks. Took a long and time to get my food. I could tell many other people were getting annoyed with how long it was taking. Then later that night I walked down and bought a premade salad. The lettuce was old and gross, the croutons were moist and didn't taste good at all. The buttermilk ranch was not good either. I bought a parfait for the morning, but I'm not sure what surprises that will hold. On top of all that if you look at the breakfast bagel they seem to be proud of to display in the case next to the register. 6 dollars for an infant size sandwich!?!? Good gravy!!! I don't know how you people sleep at night!! So suffice it to say I'm not coming back. And according to the other reviews you guys better get your act together. Fast. Absolutely awful. I'm embarrassed for whoever is in charge of that place.
