This review is not about their services, but about the fact that they are trying to build apartments next to Ten Trails. Look up: Palmer Rezoning. They are trying to destroy huge chunk of forest

Our family has used PCC for over 100 years and I've never had any real issues until today. I scheduled a 9-11 drop. The driver showed up early and was obviously frustrated. He didn't listen, didn't read the request on the order, or it wasn't added when ordered. The driver dropped everything at the end of an 80' driveway, then after the fact made excuses about why. When I called to find out what happened, PCC backed up their driver. All of this I could stand behind and still give them a good review. Where it fell apart was that there was no attempt to get to a resolution or even apologize and say sorry that's all we can do now. Instead I got a call from Paul who just badgered me, talked over me, wouldn't let me interject, continued to make excuses, and then started belittling me. When I said I was done and hung up, Paul called back to continue to belittle me. Truly shocking. I've recommended them for years but that's over now.
